recently, raifah contracting company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of bester telecom international limited signed a consortium contract for smart meters with saudi arabia’s al rajhi electric & lighting co. raifah and al rajhi formed a consortium to undertake the contract. saudi electricity company (sec) 1 million smart meter installation services, the contract value was about 99 million saudi riyals, or about 186 million yuan.
